KNPD
The National Commission Persons with Disability (KNPD), a government organisation dedicated to improving the quality of life of disabled persons, has a useful website with numerous contact details and links. They are also able to provide practical information on other organisations which can assist you while you are in Malta.

Airport
If you require any assistance at the airport, please notify your airline before you fly. They will notify Malta International Airport (MIA) directly.  The MIA can provide assistance both airside and landside.

Beaches
Beach Trotters for wheelchair users can be found at Għadira, Golden Bay and St. George's Bay. Contact the beach supervisor on site at the respective beach (mid-June - mid-September, daily from 10.00 - 18.00 hrs).

Toilets for Disabled Persons are available to the public, free of charge, at the following locations:

St George's Bay:
o At Paranga Restaurant (accessible by ramps from the promenade) during beach operations; and
o Across the road from the beach (parallel with Villa Rosa Wall) mobile units to complement are available 24/7.

Golden Bay:
o At the bottom of the Parking Area.
